These sessions provide guidance and support in the following areas:

  • Incorporating the ‘Creative Yoga Games for Kids’ program.

  • Including walking, sitting & relaxation practice, yoga breathing & intentional placement.

  • Class Planning: including step-by-step guidance on planning balanced & engaging classes.

  • Including detailed guidance on how to ‘hold’ a class.

  • Including playlists for each suggested activity and guidelines for how to find music that inspires ‘embodied attunement’.

  • How to use props to inspire focus and curiosity in children.
